Welcome! I am Michael Jerome, the heart and soul behind MJM Christian Consulting LLC. We’re spearheading a monumental movement with a single objective: To catalyze seismic shifts in church culture and experience on a global scale.

Our mission is simple yet profound: To infuse every church with soulful, biblical care that caters to each member. Yes, each and every soul. Because behind every face is a story, and everyone is journeying through their unique challenges.

I truly believe that the church can be a game-changer, stepping up to tackle the big issues we see all around us. Think of the church as holding the ultimate key – that red sauce, which symbolizes the sacrifices Jesus made for His church. It’s all about that church being the real deal, grounded in truth (1 Timothy 3:15), a truth that has the power to change lives (John 8:31-32).

Now, I’ve seen churches do some incredible things, acting as places where people find their tribe, their purpose, and get on track with their higher calling. But let’s keep it 100: I’ve also felt out of place, overlooked, and unheard in some of these same places that are meant to be all about community and connection.

So here’s the deal: By facing these real issues and working on them together, I believe we can shape faith communities that are dynamic, thriving, and truly in sync.

We closely examine practices that hinder the church from realizing its goals and vision. Which methods are failing to engage individuals? Who is being neglected? We assist in devising sustainable solutions to these issues, fortifying the Connect teams.

We cater to groups with specific needs: Divorce Care, Grief Share, Single Now and Again, and Tik Tok Tweens & Teens Tuesday.

Assisting individuals in recognizing their divine aspirations and stepping into God's purpose for their lives is among my deepest passions.

Embodied in our mission and my services is the timeless principle of ‘One Body, Many Parts’ from the scriptures. This doctrine emphasizes that each individual, no matter their role, contributes uniquely and indispensably to the church’s vitality.
